Our Story

We started this because we lived it

We're Kaylie and Riley, a wife-and-wife real estate team in Northern Colorado. We help queer and trans families relocate from unsafe states to safe ones.

After helping 30+ families find home, hundreds more started reaching out. Not for real estate, but for something deeper.

They wanted to know: where can I find a therapist who understands me? A doctor who won't misgender my child? A restaurant where my family can just exist?

We built a local guide for Northern Colorado first. Then the messages kept coming from everywhere. That's how The Welcome Home Project was born.
